Follow the story of Ethan Elephant as he learns about making new friends in the new children’s board book Making Friends Together written by Sharmilla Fassbender and Sharminey Selvanathan, and illustrated by Shey Kalee.
Making Friends Together
Sharmilla was inspired to publish the book as a way to give her children something of herself that was tangible, something that they could hold onto forever. She plans to do a series of books involving the six characters in Making Friends Together, where each book is focused on addressing different social situations children may encounter.
The book is aimed at ages 0-4 and features tough board pages that won’t get torn up by curious toddler hands. It’s a short story with a good message, told through colorful illustrations of cheerful animals and a rhyming verse that makes this a great choice for any story time.
