My son and husband recently took my Intex Explorer 200 Inflatable Boat out on the flooded creek near our house, and I’m impressed how functional this little boat is for such a cheap price!

My real purpose for this little inflatable boat was to use it to trim the plants on the other side of the pool, without getting wet.
Our pool has plants all around the far side, but you can’t really access them well without going in the pool or balancing on a small ledge. It’s no big deal in the summer, or when the pool is heated, but sometimes that water is cold!
I got the inflatable boat so I could row myself across the pool and avoid the cold water.

I do wish I’d gotten the oars, as it works much better with them. You can see my husband in the Reel below, using swim fins to paddle the boat!
The boat has lasted through last winter and all summer and was able to withstand several kids playing with it at the pool as well.
If you get in carefully, you can totally avoid any water going in and stay dry inside.

This is my son and husband paddling down the flooded creek in a park by our house. This creek is usually very low and sometimes just a bunch of mud and muck. It has little bridges across it, and they were all under water.
We’d never seen it this flooded, so of course they had to take advantage of the chance to go rafting down the creek.
